Select your preferred book, enter the child’s details, and upload the photo. Confirm your order and complete the 50% advance payment. We will then design your personalized book and deliver it to your address.

We do not share the full book preview before an order is placed. However, we can provide a sample of 2–3 pages to help you understand the design. The complete personalized preview is shared after order confirmation and receipt of a 50% advance payment. Printing begins only after your final approval.

Please provide a clear, front-facing photo of the child’s face with good lighting. Avoid blurry or low-quality images for the best results.

Each personalized book is processed individually, so a separate order is required for each child. If you would like to order multiple books, you may send the details to us on WhatsApp, and we will assist you in completing the orders.

Your child’s photo is used only to create the personalized book. We never share or sell customer photos and handle all images with strict confidentiality.

Each book is printed in a square 8.5 × 8.5-inch format on 150 GSM high-quality paper with durable hardcover binding. We offer Classic, Standard, and Premium quality options to suit different preferences.

Each book is specially designed for your child, so we require a 50% advance payment before starting production. This allows us to confirm your order and begin the personalization process with care.

Standard delivery takes 10–12 working days. Fast delivery takes 3–5 working days with an express processing fee. Delivery time starts after your order confirmation. As each book is made from scratch, delivery may occasionally take slightly longer due to printing or technical reasons.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation. After 24 hours, once the design or production process has started, cancellations and refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of the product.

If your book arrives damaged or contains an error caused by our team, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
